Starting January 1, 2004, Federal and Provincial Privacy Legislation regulates how organizations can, and do, collect personal information. There will be no major changes to our systems as a result of this legislation.
The Vernon Public Art Gallery respects our members' concerns. We collect contact information from our members for the purpose of sending: our monthly newsletter mailings, weekly emails, special event notices, invitations, and surveys. The Gallery does not sell or lend out lists to any third party.
In addition, we will respect any requests received from those who wish to be removed from our mailing list, so that these individuals do not receive future mailings or emails from us.
